You got that right! The people moving from out of state to Nixa, Ozark are in for a shock when they have overpaid for a house by 50-75%. The locals have very low incomes and will never buy your home if you want to escape the closeminded, moody, religious n^tjobs of this area. Just to give you an insider view: The real estate companies are like cartels here. They will work for the seller and buyer at the same time. If you are a buyer you will be railroaded through a contract with many fake bids for the house you are tyring to buy to inflate the price. Out of state home buyers its lambs to the slaughter. But hey they have a folksy wave and smile for you whie ripping you off so it is not too bad. Not.

It is a hellish place to live. Many of the out of state people on our street lasted a year and sold their home at a loss.
