If you don't care about humidity live here. If you like not being able sip iced tea on your patio because it is too humid or too cold or just plain wet move here. If you an indoor hermit that doesn't like the the warmth and dryness of a southwestern sun move here. If it doesn't matter that you can not make predictable outdoor plans move here. If you are a bookworm move here. If not realizing predictable 10%+ annual appreciable gains on your real estate does not bother you then move here. If not having any professional sports doesn't matter to you then move here. And,finally if paying more than twice in property taxes what they do in many southwestern cities doesn'tbother you then by all means move here and buy my house so I can go back home to Arizona where I belong! Go Sun Devils,Go Phoenix Suns.
