Overall, not a terrible place to live. Not a good place, either. VERY boring, unless all you do is your kids, eat, watch TV or get drunk. No culture, mostly white pepole, homes mostly built in the 70's (hope you like that look because nobody has heard of updating) and not cheap for what the city fails to offer. Absolutely miserable winters that last 6 LONG months. Taxes are ridiculous. There is really nothing here but people. A good place for survival.
