We live in a condominium association located n a semi-private golf course. The area is very quite as we are isolated from major thoroughfares, but are withing 1 1/2 miles of Interstate 80. The golf course is challenging and well maintained. There is little or no crime in our particular area and the crime rate in Omaha is reasonably low. Housing costs are considered low.
