Overland Park is a wonderful family area. The cost of housing is much lower than many other cities. Also, Overland Park is known for using more exterior trim to add interest to the home. Unfortunately, what we don't have a lot of, in our newer areas, are trees. The older subdivisions and older neighborhoods are tree covered. The trees you find are often hedge rows planted by farmers to break the wind that would sweep across their fields.
Overland Park is a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri, and is one of the largest cities in Kansas.
