Despite high property and state income taxes, Papillion is a very family friendly place with great neighbors, excellent schools, beautiful parks and trails. Papillion is a growing community with more shopping, restaurants, and entertainment being developed every year. The city is small, about 20,000, but it is a suburb of Omaha and has a decent size airport with access to all the major cities.
