Review of Papillion ne.aspx Not Fo, North Dakota

I'm a New Englander and am considering a move to NE. One factor that I consider important is the mugginess factor. I had visited Research Triangle Park years ago in August and the air was so bad, I stayed in my hotel room for 3 days - in bed. I'm looking for most days of the year to be "breathable".

Is NE breatheable most of the year?
