Dont get me wrong, im happy to get away from LA, but you dont know what you had until you lose it. Phoenix is going to have major problems in 5-10 years. Air quality has gotton significantly worse since i started coming here 2 yrs ago and living here 3 months ago. Traffic is almost as bad as LA or Houston. High Crime rate,lots of drugs,auto theft highest in the nation, shootings every night, bad pollution! on the other hand, PHX has great sunsets and tempe is a fun college town, but Im out of here ASAP! NOT a good place to move.
