best bang for your buck in AMERICA

I grew up in the MIdwest and must say Phoenix is such an easier life in this perfect weather
Cons
hot in the summer, but nowhere near as bad as a winter in the midwest. I'm a UPS driver with no AC, I do just fine. The more you deal with the heat the better you adapt, don't run for AC to AC and just be glad your not cold and wet and remeber YOU DON't HAve to shovel heat.
-Lack of culture and community in most parts
-Crime is high in bad neighborhoods,, Stay out of them!!! and use common sense, you'll be just fine
-Bad drivers, just be defensive and youll be fine
-Lack of fresh air compared to other climates
PROS!!
-Diverse people from many different places make for good company
-Beautiful scenery
-Hiking and many other outdoor activities are abundant
-CENTRAL Geographic LOCATION is perfect for a diverse variety of getaways for example. No matter what direction you travel (N, NE, S,SE,SW,etc....) Youll will end up in places with entirely different surroundings and attitudes than Phoenix,
-4.5 hrs west to San Diego to escape the heat, 2 hrs North to mountains and skiing in Flagstaff, Sedona is also nearby and is a must see.
4 hrs south to ROCKY POINT MEXICO which is an awesome and safe place to go with a perfect Desert OCEAN beach. 5 Hrs NW TO Vegas, Well not much explaining needed here
-So your hrs away from either ocean breezes, mexico experience, mountains, or VEGAS. Were else in the US can you DO THAT.
-Desert Climate makes great for planning future outdoor activities, you never have to worry about a rainout. We actually love it when it rains here!
-Very few mosquitos and other annoying bugs that you'll find in wetter climates
-Tons of hot women
-Scottsdale nightlife and culture is above par
-Sunny days everday
-Swimming year round
-golf year round
AS you can see the pros far outweigh the cons, Dry and warm is the way mammals perfer to live, if your outgoing and enjoy road trips PHOENIX is the place for you.
