We have lived here in 85032 (E of 51 highway) now for about 8 years now and are quite happy to call it home. Our only gripe is the heat that comes with the summers when we are usually out of town travelling and such. We have excellent schools in our area with A+ ratings and great hospitals and a great economy for the most part. During the winters we are loaded with events such as SB's, Barrett Jackson show, PGA golf tours and much more. Our home is 2000+ sq ft pool, ect and built in the 90's for around $200,000 which is very reasonable. Not to mention that the women are beautiful out here and were loaded with top notch restraunts and 3 hours from the ocean in Rocky Point, Mexico which is safe and beautiful. AZ is a great place to start over or migrate to for winters just wanted to give a real look at whats going on out here.
