Cost of living is rising. Income trails behind. Right to work state. Makes it a little difficult to maintain stability. Highways and freeways are a disaster. Too little too late. Many people moving in many moving out. Crime, illegals are a constant. It seems like charter schools outnumber public schools anymore. They are shopping centers everywhere.
