Rude people in Phoenix

The people in Phoenix have no respect. Very few people keep their word. If someone agrees to meet you for dinner or lunch, there is about a 25% chance they will actually show up & about 50% chance they will even call to tell you they aren't coming. People who call to buy stuff off an online ad will tell you a time & date they are coming to see or buy the item. 90% of the time they don't show up & don't call. We sent out 75 RSVP's to a party. Only 30 bothered to reply at all (RSVP means reply yes or no, not ignore unless you feel like responding). Of those 30, 20 said they would come to the party. Only 12 actually came & none of the others bothered to call to say they couldn't make it or to apologize. Even if someone is one of your "good friends", you will be lucky if they return an e-mail or a phone call within a week if at all. For some reason people in Pheonix think life is all about them. Hope I can move someplace more friendly soon...
