Life in Laveen is a mixed bag. It's a transforming community - some of it good, some not so much. I like that I live near horse property as well as some shopping. The retail options are improving around here, but it's the same stores opening up and down the Baseline corridor. It's not very far from South Central Phoenix and that brings in some unsavory characters.
All in all, I think as the community continues to develop and the new highway is built making it more accessible, the community will be a nice place to live.
