If you want your life to start really going downhill, move here. If you’re a single woman, DO NOT move here. You will not be protected or treated equally by anyone of authority. This includes medical professionals and even other women.
If you have a good marriage now, that will change if you move here.
Men rule, police protect men over women, lawyers protect men and themselves. Most people who have money just cover up their drug habits at any one of the million expensive medical spas in the valley.
The old retirees are grumpy and hate everyone else who isn’t them. The Canadians who have bought up 3/4 of the snowbird housing, act as if local residents don’t belong.
Sound bitter? Yep! Are places what you make them to be? Yep! But not here. It’s a different mentality because there’s no trust, people are moving around too much, and nobody cares to get to know their neighbors.
Unless you’ve grown up here, are moving here with your own gang, already have a huge support system moving with you, stay away. Most people and support systems, if already here, will eventually crumble. No matter how hard you try, no matter how strong your faith and hope, this is Satan’s home and evil wins here.
