Can't stand the heat.

I've lived in Phoenix since 1983--I'm tired of the heat, crime, and transplants bringing plant, trees, and laws that don't make sense to Arizona. If you like branding yourself on seat belt buckles, temperatures over 100 at midnight and nobody getting along, then Phoenix is your place---and did I fail to mention the severely under-performing school systems?
