Phoenix is the Teen who can't drive

This city is the worst for traffic between 6-10am and 2-7pm. They have construction going on but it never looks like anyone is ever working on it. As a result of the sucky public transport the air quality is horrible, I came to Phoenix to help my sinus problems, however I have seen no noticible difference. If you don't mind working in a call center, getting stuck in traffic and breathing horrible air then this is the place for you...
