The quality of life here is evaporating. There's a whole city of white trash and ghetto culture that Phoenix youths cherish. And there's very few quality women here, mostly a lot of single moms and divorcees. People here are just generally mean and unfriendly, and what do you expect with the economy? The job market is terrible with several companies which have either downsized or consolidated operations in other states. This fake economy is so dependent on growth and housing that when it stalls, the effects are staggering and far-reached.
Violent crime is down, but petty crime is up, even in nice cities like Gilbert. The police only prioritize DUI arrests because they bring in more money, and avoid ticketing traffic issues like speeders and road rage, both of which are still problematic. Just avoid this place and see what either California and Texas have to offer, Phoenix and the rest of Arizona is a vapid black hold devoid of culture or anything meaningful.
