Deteriorating
Star Rating - 6/5/2006
Phoenix' quality of life has degraded significantly in the 10 years we have lived here. Growth is rampant and unplanned. The pollution levels have exceeded healthy levels for much of this calendar year. And there is no planning for water sources for the additional millions the developers hope to attract to the Valley of the Sun.
