Have lived in Phoenix 5 years and have travelled extensively thoughout the state. I agree with many of the comments previously submitted. Phoenix is shot. It is on its way to being LA. Tucson is severely second rate. Other than immigrants overwheling Arizona services- especially in Tucson area, roads are VERY poor. The government allows an enormous amount of building without new, good roads. North of Phoenix the new 'city' of Anthem has plugged up the ONLY road north out of PHX. And now another 'Anthem' is being built south of Phoenix to block route from PHX to Tucson. IF you truly loved the great sunshine of Arizona do look at the Prescott Valley-Mayer-Dewy area near Prescott (Arizona's nicest town) but cheaper. This is the BEST sport in Arizona I have researched personally.
