Leaves much to be desired

Phoenix is great for younger people. You have the college town in Tempe. A median population about age 30 or so. Plenty of jobs that pay $10-$12 per hour. But if you are mid-career forget it. People from the mid-west love it here because there is no winter to speak of. But if you move here from California you'll likely regret it.
