I've lived here for a year. I lived in South Mountain. There's a lot of homeless people, a lot ot trash in the alleys, a lot of pot holes, no infrastructure, flash floods occur frequently because of the poor drainage system, a lot of abandon buildings, very bad traffic because of a poor engineering, tenants are treated poorly, the education system is confusing. Phoenix has a lot of hardworking minorities they deserve better from their city. They should demand better living conditions. Good bye.
