Chateau Thierry , Shadow Mountain area in Phoenix AZ is a beautiful little neighborhood at the base of Shadow mountain. Most properties are horse property and it has the feel of the southwest country. But the city is accessible in just a few blocks. Winters are beautiful, summers a bit hot.
It is the state that pays the highest salary in my field of Sonography/ultrasound.
