Thinking of Leaving Phoenix

We are orginally from Indianapolis. About 5 yrs ago we decided to move to Las Vegas. That ended up not being a good idea. Well phoenix was the next closest climate so we moved here in Nov 2003. The price of housing has gone up considerably. The education is definitely not what it was in the midwest. The summers are HOT(Its a Dry heat though!!) the winters are nice. We are looking to move to somewhere that has better education system and lower cost of living. The median home price here is 275k.
