Hot, Hot, Hot, you live in the airconditioning most of the summer. You need to have a pool in your backyard or in your apartment complex. Lots of shopping,lots to do all around the state. Cooler weather is only a few hours away. Phoenix is beautiful in the winter, no white Christmas here though. Although if you do not have the money to go back home for Christmas, you can always visit the many cities in northern AZ that get snow. Our family left Phoenix quite a few years ago to move to Northern Az. Some of the children have moved back and so now I have a place to go when I want to get out of the snow. I think that is the most appealing factor about AZ you are only hours away from the snow or the heat.
