I am wanting to move to Phoenix within the next few months, but I had a few questions about the quality of personal discipline? What is the work ethic of people in phoenix? Do they work hard and efficiently, or are they ok with mediocrity? Do people strive for more, have goals, want the best? Do people have class, are they narrow minded, will a gay person be lynched and killed. Can anyone shine a light on the personalities and over all demeanor of the majority of phoenix? Thanks.
