I've lived here for 18yrs, came from NY. All the comments above are true. The good is true and the bad is true. It all comes down to what;s most important to you and what you are looking for in a city. It's about what you are willing to live with and what you can tolerate. I have been happy here for 18 years with the good and the bad. For the first time in 18 years I am thinking about leaving and heading to the Southeast. I know if I make that move I will miss alot of things about Phoenix I really do enjoy the weather but it's time for a change. My advice is if anyone is considering moving here please take all the comments above into consideration because it is all true.
