February seems to be the very center of beautiful weather in Phoenix. It is usually sunny, and shirt-sleeve comfortable during the day and pleasantly cool in the evenings. Skys are still mostly clear although the city does have increasing problems with pollution advisories both from the auto exhaust as well as the natural desert dust. Still, there's really no place else I'd rather be in February. July, of course, is an entirely different story.
