Too Expensive

Don't come here unless you are willing to spend. It's really not a place to live. It's more of a RESORT type of living. The prices are very high for everything! You have to pay taxes on apartment rentals and trash, sewer & water. That will bring your rent total way higher per month! Just because they are "building up" don't be fooled.
The salaries are less than half of what the bigger cities pay. So, with the high cost of living in Phoenix, and surrounding areas, the low pay, it's just not right! I made a big mistake leaving NY. But now, I'm forced to look for work outside of Arizona. California may be expensive, but at least you can get a decent paycheck to cover the expense.
Think about this, from learning experience. It's all relative no matter where you go!
