Beautiful Phoenix

The ideal place is only ideal part of the time. Phoenix has the finest climate in Fall, Winter, and Spring. Summer is way too hot but not many mosquitoes. I spent 30 years in retail sales here and found the people to be wonderful. Our Statewide crime is high statistically but I think we record it all and not try to hide it. Lots of high quality Churches like Calvary Community Church. Lots of nice coffee places. Make sure you get a pool here. My kids wear flip flops all year round, are well adjusted and well educated. We came from Maine 30 years ago. Wouldn't trade Phoenix for the while State of Maine. Phil Gordon is a terrific Mayor who listens to the people. North Central Phoenix can't be beat. Get an SUV and drive carefully.
