Las cruces , New Mexico , under 100,000, nice weather, scenic, still affordable, safe,
I have lived in Seattle,Denver, San Diego, I can't afford those places anymore, Still have a family to raise, Phoenix is big and has all the drawbacks of a big city ( yeah the awful rush hour ), considering moving there but don't know if I can afford the $1200 rent , could never buy a house there ,( 180,000 ! )at least and for a little 1200 sq ft ?
can I even afford to live in Buckeye or will I have to live in Bagdad ?
what do you do if don't own a pool , / how about the $ 180 dollar electric bill in the summer ?
Is it worth the stress and tight budget ? oh yeah the smell in march of orange blossoms all over central phoenix is amazing , dont know where i could afford to rent a 3 bedroom near Good year that would even have SHADE !
now you have serial killers on the loose ! that should bring down the cost of housing should n't it ?
still a beautiful city even if it is a commuters nightmare......
