Phoenix - Pros/Cons

Pros:
1. Hot, dry, sunny climate
2. Good school system

Cons:
1. High crime rate
2. High cost of living and housing
3. Unaffordable place to live
4. Very poor air quality
5. Horrible traffic
6. Extremely rapid growth and sprawl
7. I could go on and on...Don't move to Phoenix!
