All these people talking neg. about Phoenix...that just means that they aren’t well off or doing anything with their life in a positive way. The fact that major corporations are moving to Phoenix and creating new GOOD jobs. The fact that it is the number one growing city in the USA period! The fact that the taxes are low! There are soo many positive things going on. Its the only sector in real estate that is seeing this kind of property value rise. If you buy a home now in Maricopa county...a new NICE home, in a new housing track....u can get for $250's...but!!! if you wait say 6more months that same home will be going for almost 300k. So if your a new home buyer or if your an investor its time to buy now! yes i have an agenda.
