Phoenix is a nice place to live, with great weather. I have been here almost a year and have yet to run into per say "culture shock". People here are very friendly. However, I have run into some challenges that I thought I researched well. The job market for professionals are few and far in between. Unless you are relocated here...I think you may have a difficult time in the job market. It has been disconcerting thus far and sadly to say...within the next month I will probably be leaving because I have yet to find employment in my field of work. Training and Development.
