recent visit to Pittsburgh

I recently visited Pittsburgh for the third time in 5 years. I found it an interesting, richly cultural and friendly city. The cost of living, especially for real estate, is less than half of the value where I currently live in N. Virginia. There is a low-key, relaxed atmosphere downtown where I went to the theater and some good restaurants nearby. The only thing that bothered me was the heavy traffic to and from the city; it was almost worse than the DC area at the time I was driving.
I am recently retired and am considering Pittsburgh as a place to live. I'm also an active ESL teacher and want to continue teaching. Can anyone provide some resources where I might find ESL teaching jobs in Pittsburgh?
