Big difference from NY or DC

Your money will go a longer way in Pittsburgh. You can find a lot of the things you are used to in the big city and more! However, I have to say that I'm too much a Big City (formerly a NY lifer). The transition was rough especially during the winter months. However, its beautiful during the summer.
I wish there was a clear and defined middle class. It seems to go from low income class to higher income class. A new person to Pittsburgh may feel that immediately and wonder where they fit in.
I am not a STEELERS fan. I respect the STEELERS and the fan base in Pittsburgh. Football is a religion in the city of Three Rivers. So, be ready to convert!
