Review of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Beltway?????
Star Rating - 2/17/2009
If you move to Pittsburgh you should first understand that Pittsburgh does not have a "Beltway" We have Belts instead. There is the Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple. Sound familiar? These are the colors of the rainbow.
These belts are the only way too get around on all the back roads. If we didn't have these signs with big red, orange, Etc. dots, we could not get from one place to another, especially in the north hills.
As mentioned above, the deer are a great hazard that the county doesn't seem to plan to do anything about. Oh, and if you plan to have a beautifully landscaped yard, forget it. The deer will eat ANYTHING. They will come right up to your porch to get it too.
I have seen a dozen or more deer in my backyard. The mess they leave behind is a health hazard. It is against the law to own livestock in Allegheny County, but the deer don't count I guess.
I am planning to leave Pittsburgh, although I grew up here, I have lived in other places, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
I am thinking of moving to a beautiful area in Dayton, OH. just south of U of Dayton. If anyone is familiar with this area, I would love to hear your opinions.
