Stop complaining about the weather

I know that some people do not like the lack of sunshine and cold. I do not think people are fair to this city at all! I lived there my whole life and yes it rains, and it snows. The sun does shine in the winter- maybe not as often as in so cal- but it does show itself. The spring is absolutely, absolutely beautiful- fall beautiful- the summer is fun, thunderstorms add to this. Winter is fun, too. I was always outside despite of the weather- I sled with my kids and go skiing or ice skating, throw snow balls. I always looked at it like it was exercise. There are beautiful winter retreats in the mountains. The seasons make you appreciate what you do not have. I think Pittsburgh is an awesome wonderful city, and I miss it terribly.
