Review of Plano, Texas

Nice Conveniences, Hot Climate
Star Rating - 5/9/2006
Plano has many shopping and restaurants conveniences. It is a very diverse city, and the cost of living is pretty low. However, it is very hot and humid in the summer with highs in the 90's to 100's. Winters are mild, but it can be 30 degrees one day and 80 the next - this is very common. There are many corporate headquarters located in Plano (JCPenney, Frito Lay, Dr. Pepper, Cingular, EDS, Perot Systems, etc.) so the job market is good.
