Plano is like a suburb of Dallas, although it is actually in
another county. Good place for professionals; average yearly
income is around $90,000+. It is very clean, neat and safe.
Quiet and polite. The police here don't put up with crime
at all. The only thing is the fact that unless you have
been raised here, it is very hard to meet anyone and make
friends - especially if you come from the "outside".
It tends to be a little "snobby", but really it's just that
the mainstream folk here concentrate on their jobs and
careers. It is not a party town at all!
