Over Priced and over taxed

Lived here for 2 years and I have to say that the area is nice, however, taxes are the highest I have ever seen. Home sales are advertised as very good but I have seen very little in the way of traffic to our home. The only thing you get from your taxes is trash service.

And the trash service price is very high for homeowners unless you're a landlord and get to throw out tons of rubbish/carpets when slug renters leave because of the sky high rip-off rents.
