sick of LA, thinkin about movin to Portland

I am very sick of LA, the traffic is just literaly unbearable, it gets worse not year after year, but month after month. The congestion, pollution, the impossibility to afford a home ( in a decent neighbourhood the cheapest shack is $700000), all of this really made me consider moving to Portland. I don't mind the rain that much, it sounds like the public transportation system is excellent and it looks like u can still buy a real nice 2 bdr condo for about $150000. Am I missing anything..? If I am, please, let me know. I already have tickets and I'm coming to visit and check it out on the 27th of this month. Anyone need anything from LA? :-) Ron, Los Angeles.
