The weather stinks!

Portland and Oregon are actually very nice places to live. The only problem is the weather. If you're originally from somewhere sunny, like I am, you'll have a hard time here during the 9 months of dreary, rainy, gray winter. I'm looking to leave and move to sunnier climes.
The people in Portland are very ecological minded and Portland always tops the lists for recycling and urban planning and public transportation, which is great.
