All things considered...

I have travelled the world extensively and lived in the private sector of Europe. I can say, unequivically, that all things considered, Portland, Oregon, is definitely the most under-rated place in the world. If not for Ireland, you could say that the Pacific Northwest could lay claim as the place where the color green was invented.
