Portland, Oregon" One of the best outdoor states"

Portland, Oregon has a lot to offer. There is an abundant of night life downtown if that is your scene.For me I like all the outdoor recreations that are available. Less than two hours away is the best snow skiing/ snow boarding area in the Northwest. Sure, Whistler B.C. is great, but can you ski there all year long?
Many Olympic hopefuls ski on Mt. Hood just because of the year around skiing availability.
