Worst city I've ever visited!

Young panhandlers leap out to accost you every day on every street and on the Riverfront Walk as well. Free inner city MAX (light rail) is filled with absolute dregs of humanity. Dangerous in every way. You even get accosted by panhandlers (mostly oft-pierced young ones) in restaurants. Drivers honk rudely and crash often on city streets. Clerks in stores sneer and make odd comments and have not the slightest idea of providing friendly service. There seems to be no sense of normalcy and human decency in this city. We were there for a medical convention last week. Never ever again.
