totally right I lived there 40 years! beautiful but over crowded..Can buy the same house for 450000 and fly anywhere for vacation including Redondo Bch dont need the 78 degrees and windy everyday. Thats what it is.Its nice but crowded and job stress never have anytime to enjoy it! Costs every penny to live there! at work all the time.
