Review of Round Rock, Texas

Round Rock, Tx.
Star Rating - 6/22/2006
Round Rock, Tx. was a small town that is experiencing dramatic growth in
businesses and population. Along with that growth comes the traffic increase
and the loss of the small town feel. Housing is still affordable, and the
school system is rated as one of the best. Currently, we are experiencing
a lot of highway construction which will allow for further growth in the
near future. Austin is only 20 miles or so from Round Rock and that makes
the town an ideal place to live and commute to the state capitol and the
University of Texas, as well as the many high-tech firms in the area. Lake
Travis and the other neighboring lakes make this area good for recreational
activities.
