Review of Salt Lake City, Utah

Small town feel - City amenitites
Star Rating - 9/30/2008
The Yalecrest neighborhood is a quiet friendly area. The area inhabitants are politically liberal, college educated, enviromentally conscious. The streets are narrow and there is a small town feel as neighbors are friendly and quick to wave and welcome move-ins. There is a charming local market & a few delightful bistros that cater to the locals.

A large percentage of the homes are passed down from generation to generation reflected by homes that are inhabited by third and fourth generation family members.

A large university with acclaimed faculty and medical facilities are nearby. Several outdoor activities and destinations are minutes away including skiing, mountain biking, walking trails, a zoo, an aviary, fishing, golfing, and organized sports for all ages.

All-in-all a great place to raise children or for the newly retired.
