Government tunnel vision - shortsighted, special interests groups, bureaucratic waste, impractical - abuse of power: zoning, regulation, enforcement of entertainment and liquor laws bordering on a dictatorial morass of censorship to model lifestyle based on mythic mores of society; abusive revenue streams to supplement government waste IE: parking, towing violations; property tax, legal court system questionable.
