Over-rated and Over-priced - now

I lived in SF the late 1980's - 1990's. The first thing I noticed (in my 20's) were SO MANY homeless-who are very aggressive & everywhere. They wait outside the grocery and stand in your way to beg when you exit the stores. Housing/Rent cost is OUT OF CONTROL! Traffic is horrendous (since the Silicon Valley hey days 1980's) In my opinion, SF is over-rated/priced, very dirty, horrendous traffic, extremely liberal, AND over-crowded = high tensions. People will run right over you. The charm is gone-SF was probably more livable and beautiful OVER 40 years ago. For the very rich-with no families, the homeless, or if you are gay.
